Emile founded G2i in 2006 after several successful years in residential construction and renovation. She has since grown G2i into a healthy commercial and industrial company catering to both Government and Private sector clients. She is the owner and qualifying party, GB98, for G2i. She has demonstrated experience in personnel resource allocation and contract management through the successful management and completion of well over $50 million dollars’ worth of Federal and private sector construction projects.

Her clients enjoy her personal attention and dedication to their projects and her diligence in removing the stress and anxiety they would otherwise experience during the duration of those projects. Emile is especially keen at bringing the brightest and best in the industry together for successful projects and has a knack for attracting the most talented employees and team members the industry has to offer.

Emile is the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2019 New Mexico Small Business Person of the Year and was named 2020 Woman of Influence. In both 2018 and 2017 she led G2i to win New Mexico’s Fastest Growing Company Award. Link to the recent Albuquerque Journal article on Emile here.
